I own and drive a 2012 Cruze 1.4L and my check engine light came on and the code came back something to do with my bypass valve. I have called around town and no on ecould find the location of the bypass valve or could tell me a definite answer as to why that code could be popping up. So I was just going to replace the BPV with a new Blow off Valve and getting a tune for the cruze in order to operate correctly.

There is a bypass valve/sensor located under the left side of intake manifold above the alternater. If youre refering to the turbo recirculating blow off valve its located on left side of turbo. Its a plastic cap thats mounted to the turbo with 3 screws. Hope that helps.

Both are not that difficult. If its the bpv on the turbo you are replacing, Forge sells an aluminum valve that seems to be a better quality than OEM.
