I'm not saying this will fix anything, but it's worth a try and it's free and easy.
After you've verified your battery is properly charged as suggested above, try unhooking the battery negative and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then hook it back up. I've had some real odd crazy behavior with my sons Cruze a couple of times, all kinds of wonky stuff after a low or dead battery. So charge it fully, then unhook it for a bit to clear everything, then hook it back up and see if anything changed.
