Car won't start 2012 Chevy Cruze lights flash windshield wipers turn on trunk opens

So recently I've been having some trouble with my 2012 Chevy Cruze 1.8 l I turn my car on and the battery clicks and then the car starts and then as soon as the car starts the flashers flash windshield wipers turn on trunk opens trunk won't close even though the car is on I have to slam it really hard to get it to close is this a battery alternator or ground issue
