I have a 2013 chevy cruze. I turned a curve too sharp and tried to straighten up, but over corrected. Fishtailed then ended up on the side of the road. Never hit a curb, no ditch, didnt hit anything. Car just cut off and stopped. When I tried to turn the key, everything electrical came on except the steering. All light, radio, power locks, everything worked, except it would turn over or start. I looked under and there is a wire cut in half, but it looked like it went to the steering. Wondering what it is that is causing the car to not turn over and start.

It is home. I have a friend with a car trialed and we used another car to push it on that. The front bumper also came off, I'm guessing when it did, it ripped the wire. But when I followed the wire, it went to the electric streering area. Didnt go to the starter or fuse. This is why I'm confused. The wire is also too thin to splice.
