Welcome to CruzeTalk. You're seeing the normal operation of the instrument panel. Another item you're going to notice is a slight grind right as you pass 20 KPH (12.4 MPH) for the first time after you start your car. This is also normal and is the ABS self test to ensure the wheel sensors respond to the BCM (Body Control Module) computer.
