the battery was replaced and worked fine for a few weeks and now when I’m driving or idling the battery voltage goes down and when I let go off the gas and cruise the voltage goes up, I can temporarily fix this by putting the car in park and turning it off and on again, any one else had this problem? Any tips?

Might be normal. Effect of the smart computer deciding when to run the alternator. If you're decelerating with fuel cutoff, makes sense to charge the battery with that energy that you'd otherwise waste. If you're accelerating or cruising, no need to increase fuel usage by charging the battery hard if by waiting a bit you can charge it while coasting.
