Chevy cruze i just felt my radiator fan is not running on low and medium only at high speed, but fan is working fine with Ac on.

There is no "fan capacitor".. Are you talking about the resistor pack?
Have you applied voltage to each of the fan terminals shown in the picture (those are the Pics I posted a while back).. does it run on all three speeds?

If so then yes you need to find out if the relays are being pulled in... If it does not run on all three speeds then you need to replace the resistor pack and/or fan.

Go thru the wiring diagram, from memory there is a common relay that controls both the low speed and med speed relay?.. its been a long time.

Pull the med and low speed relays.. There is two big fat terminals and two smaller ones. You can test the realys by applying voltage and ground to the correct (smaller) terminals and use your multimeter to see if the large terminals then have continuity.. You should also hear it click when the power and ground is supplied.

If the relays check out then you go upstream to find fuses and wiring that control the relays.

you can also apply a short jumper cable to make the fan run with the relay pulled out.. i.e you are jumpering the two fat terminals.. I think I might have shown that in one of the pictures??
