Chirping PCV noise.

Ok so after three dealer visits and one front crankshaft seal and one replaced valve cover assembly due to a stuck pcv valve i hope this issue is finally resolved.

Now my next issue, I notice a small chirping noise when i give the car a small increase in RPM's between idle and 1.5k

This thing has 9k miles on it and is a 2016 limited 1.4. I have been a loyal Chevy and gm customer for with one cobalt, one 2012 cruze and one 2016 cruze limited and am disappointed in the quality of this car.
