Car was put in shop for this problem. Replaced valve cover due to pcv valve leak. Several gaskets too. Doing it again after a day. Anyone else with same ongoing issue? Any advice or expertise would help. Thank you! (BTW code for check engine light was P1011.)

Have you checked if your spark plugs are loose? I had a chirping noise on my Cruze I found out that it was a loose spark plug. I tightened it up and it never chirped again. Spark plug torque spec is 25Nm/18lb.

Check the spark plugs for the chirp.

If you're still getting the code, see the pinned thread on the PCV system. A valve in the manifold goes out taking out the valve on the valve cover. Since a shop did it, I'd take it back to them and ask for warranty.
