Climate Control completely inoperable

Hello all, first time poster long time reader here.

I have a 2012 Chevy Cruze LT and a few months ago my climate control completely stopped working.

For those of you scoffing at how vague this is, allow me to elaborate. Whenever I attempt to turn the blower on, nothing. The instrument lighting isn't working either for it. The hazard lights work fine, as well as the passenger air bag light. The fuse is fine, and the battery cable has been disconnected and the negative cable was replaced. I also just replaced the battery because it was starting to give me slow cranks in the morning then eventually died.

I'm not sure where else to take the troubleshooting efforts, but would like to avoid taking it to a dealer. If any of you can shed some light on this issue, please do. And if I broke some sort of forum protocol, I apologize in advance. Thanks.
