Hello,

2014 Chevy Cruze Diesel. Purchased at 42,000 miles. Now has 64,000 miles.

I have no idea when it started doing this, as it's tough to say when it started or when I noticed it, but it wasn't long after it was purchased that I noticed.

When backing up and turning the wheel, there is a noticeable clunk that comes from the front end. I do feel a little bit in the steering, but not much. I know GM has had many issues with clunks and steering shafts over the years, but I couldn't find anything when searching the site.

It is most noticeable when backing out of my driveway. There is an elevation change and a dip as I back onto the road, and I then turn the wheel to the right to point the car left. I have noticed it in parking lots as well on smooth terrain, but not nearly as frequently.

This car has been dealer serviced and inspected and they have not said anything about it.

Thanks for any input.
