For the plastic air bleeder screw on the upper corner of radiator, does the service manual state to remove it (or just loosen it?) before filling the system back up with coolant through the reservoir, or after it's been filled? If after filling, while engine running or off?

Would it make a difference in bleeding if front of car was jacked up/on ramps vs on level ground for effectively getting air out of system?

Thank you!

I back it way out when ready to refill, fill until it starts running out, close it, start the car and run it until the thermostat opens (15 minutes or so) with reservoir cap off. Once up to temp refill reservoir put cap on and drive it. Recheck after. Done this twice and have had zero issues after refill.
