Coolant leak. Help diagnose!🙏🏻

I'm starting to get scared to open the hood. Every time I open it I find another leak LOL

Please help diagnose!

I'm not sure why it would be leaking. The hose looks intact. It's leaking from the top of the hose where it's clamped down. Maybe the plastic pipe is cracked underneath the hose I'm not sure I haven't tried to pull it off yet. Maybe somebody has had the same thing and can point me in the right direction.

Thanks I'll be sure to grab a hose too. Is the dorman water outlet good to go ($20 on Amazon)? Or go GM ($40 on Amazon)? I also saw metal ones...?

I remember when I did the reservoir overflow coolant tank everyone said to go with the doorman because it was upgraded.

Dang. I already ordered the dorman. I also ordered all new GM hoses that connect to it. Didn't know if I could trust a no name metal one..this is my 3rd as well. I had one replaced under warranty around 34,000. Last one lasted 65000 miles. Just hit 100k

Thanks for the tip. Ordered the dorman hose. Was not aware of the upgrade. AutoZone wanted $30. Found it on Amazon for 18$ listed as
(Dorman 626-609 Engine Heater Hose Assembly Compatible with Select Chevrolet Models)

I ordered the dorman upper tank hose. Just replaced the water outlet with a dorman as well but the hose doesn't fit the water outlet???

The dorman hose upper tank hose is a lot bigger than the gm? Dorman will not fit.. did I get the wrong hose or am I missing something?

Yup spot on thanks. And the o ring did stay behind! Wouldnt clamp down after removing nipple bc old o-ring was in there not letting it go down far enough!

I replaced all the hoses from the water outlet except for the one big one going to the radiator. And guess what It's peeling inside and there is black chips all in my coolant. I can't find it online. Part number 565563897.
