Coolant Leak w/ video

Friday I replaced the upper radiator hose and I still have this leak. Do you think it's from a weak clamp?

The plastic water outlet is a high fail item on the 1.4T. I'd replace it. It's also covered by the powertrain warranty (although it may require replacing a hose due to a redesign - and that's not covered).

I imagine it fails the same way that a plastic water tank on a radiator fails. After too many thermal cycles, it develops a crack.
