Coolany leak from radiator/hose

I have a 2013 cruze ls and i noticed a leak coming from the very bottom of the radiator on the drivers side corner. It looks like it may be coming from a very small metal hose, but im not sure. Also, it only leaks when the car is off. Any help is appreciated!
