Crank shaft seal leak won’t stop

I changed my Crank shaft seal in my 2011 chevy Cruz a month back because of a leak and all was well up until a couple days ago when I had to change the water pump and then the leak came back again. Today I changed it for the 3rd time in a month and I can’t get it to stop leaking. I torqued the bolt to 110. Is there a step I’m missing?

The crankcase seal is designed to seal under light vacuum or neutral crankcase pressure. I recommend pulling the oil dipstick and using a vacuum Guage to measure crankcase vacuum. Crankcase vacuum should be (12 - 18 inH2O). Which is, (0.882 - 1.323 inHg). Anything outside that range indicates a PCV issue as mentioned already.
