Crank shaft seal leak won’t stop

I changed my Crank shaft seal in my 2011 chevy Cruz a month back because of a leak and all was well up until a couple days ago when I had to change the water pump and then the leak came back again. Today I changed it for the 3rd time in a month and I can’t get it to stop leaking. I torqued the bolt to 110. Is there a step I’m missing?

2014 I-4 CRUZE, currently going for 105,000 miles. In 2016 driving home, not far from my dealer the car started a almost ungodly scream and exhasut smoke . At the dealer door, a service writer ran out...told me to immediately kill the motor (yeah...) and got the shop foreman. He started the car, heard and saw. They kept the car for 1 day. They called me...said the seal was "improperly installed at the factory". "Come get it...under warranty." Thanks. So far....all is well.
