Crank shaft seal leak won’t stop

I changed my Crank shaft seal in my 2011 chevy Cruz a month back because of a leak and all was well up until a couple days ago when I had to change the water pump and then the leak came back again. Today I changed it for the 3rd time in a month and I can’t get it to stop leaking. I torqued the bolt to 110. Is there a step I’m missing?

You should torque it to 110 Ib Ft or 150NM and tighten it an additional 60° ... Also in my experience, if the seal isn't the original GM it'll never seal right
