Crank shaft seal leak won’t stop

I changed my Crank shaft seal in my 2011 chevy Cruz a month back because of a leak and all was well up until a couple days ago when I had to change the water pump and then the leak came back again. Today I changed it for the 3rd time in a month and I can’t get it to stop leaking. I torqued the bolt to 110. Is there a step I’m missing?

thanks man. I’m not familiar with the pcv failure you’re referring to could you provide more information. This is my primary vehicle so I need it back on the road asap
The pcv system allows air pressure to leave the engine. When it's defective, pressure builds up in the engine and forces it to escape in other ways, such as through the valve cover gasket or crank seal. Does your crank seal make a whistling/high pitched squeal once the engine warms up?
