Crank shaft seal leak won’t stop

I changed my Crank shaft seal in my 2011 chevy Cruz a month back because of a leak and all was well up until a couple days ago when I had to change the water pump and then the leak came back again. Today I changed it for the 3rd time in a month and I can’t get it to stop leaking. I torqued the bolt to 110. Is there a step I’m missing?

Welcome to the forum. Say hi in the new member thread when you have a chance. Following your post, curious why the leak still, but have you addressed the typical 1.4 pcv system failure leading to excessive crankcase pressure? Leading reason for oil leaks in this engine.
