I have a 2013 chevy cruze. Where exactly can I find the crankshaft position sensor

Kind of a crummy answer on my part but it is bolted to the block with a single bolt on the transmission side. I don't recall if it is to the front or rear of the crankcase.
Looks like a plastic cylinder, wire (jacketed) coming straight out of the assembly. It reads a 'tone wheel' that is the throw for the last (#4) connecting rod.

Rob
Did you find the sensor?the answer from the other guy is wrong we have two of them on the side of the motor near the air box.both of my seals went bad on my 13 Cruze.you can get the seal off Amazon but the part you have to go to the dealership.
It's also worth checking at your local auto part store to see if they have anything in stock. I'd normally suggest sticking with OEM (original equipment manufactured) sensors but with a lot of the newer cars there aren't too many different sensor makers, and there's a decent chance the "house" brand at your auto part store might have a GM sensor with part number in their box. For example, quite regularly AutoZone's Duralast Gold boxes will have sensors and parts with Chrysler and GM part numbers on them for a few of my cars, indicating they sourced them from the same supplier.

You are referencing the camshaft position sensors (there are two) and their respective seals located on the cam chain side of the engine.

The OP is asking about the crankshaft position sensor.
