I really can't recommend anything, in particular, over anything else - as long as it's tuned up (plugs, filters, oil) I'd just take a jumper pack or cables and some sort of solution to a spare tire. X2 on inflating the tires - no reason not to run them in the mid 40's. If you're inclined to take some tools, I'd start with a 3/8" drive metric ratchet set and metric open-end wrench set, and a basic set of screwdrivers. My '13 LT MT has 53,600 on it and I'd take off on that trip without a worry. Drive safe!
