I think your best bet is to contact your local Chevy dealership about how to obtain this software specifically for your Cruze. You wouldn't want to try loading the wrong software version and have a malfunction that there is no coming back from. Just a thought
If your Cruze didn't come with this software I seriously doubt any Chevy dealership will install it for you. In addition, a couple of years ago someone on the Camaro forums tried to do this and discovered there are a whole lot of issues that have to be resolved, several of which are software changes to the BCM.
As a result you're better off with an aftermarket navigation system than to try to retrofit this with your Cruze.
