Cruze 2012

Does anyone know if any kind of recall has been issued for the 2012 chevy cruze. I have had nothing but issues with this car since about 60,000 miles. It now has 134,000 miles on it and was told today I have to replace the head gasket on it. $1225.00. I just replaced a worn out radiator hose for $285.00. Replaced gears on transmission for $875.00. It seems this 2012 chevy cruze year was a lemon year. Why is this car so susceptible to breaking down? I am the original owner of said car and bought it brand new from the dealership. It has been maintained regularly and still breaks down. I think gm should help me on the cost of this. I bought the car at Bayer Chevy in Comanche Texas.
