Did you purchase a vehicle from a state that does not require a front or do you want to add a vanity plate or something? I have a fascia in the basement and it just has two screw holes. Without looking, there may be some plastic clips underneath. When I get a chance, I'll take a picture. Not sure what gen you have, but mine a Gen I. Also there are aftermarket plate holders that tilt and move the plate off center. I think SickSpeed offers one or two types in anodized aluminum.
