We are having this Discussion on TYF as well . I think they are . when I compared the two colors they Look the exact same. I think they do it to break up the color code on their vehicles . … or maybe just add new names :icon_scratch:

I see the 2011 model year, Cruze had a color choice of Imperial Blue Metallic.

That was one of the 3 colors I considered for my 2011 ECO - Ended up with Black Granite though.

WA403P = Imperial Blue Metallic.

WA122V = Blue Ray Metallic.
