i know they will hold for low boost but dont know for high yet but when it gets put in ill be taking it nice and slow most likely just start out with 5 to 7 PSI then move from their

How small of a turbo? That is baby boost and not in the range of most turbos

its going to be about a 50mm turbo. the boost im not sure what im really going to do yet cause i need to know the limit of the car so i have to do test to see how much boost to use. im aiming for 430+ horsepower

I had a post about doing this. http://www.cruzetalk.com/forum/10-engine-technical-discussion/4610-turbo-thoughts.html. Steve from insane speed gave me some great info. but 430hp is gonna require a full engine rebuild. i can guarantee that.

ill have a box for sure lol the tran is going to be the next step after the turbo, i may be nuts thinking that 430 is alot for a 1.8l but im doing it, i have the people at ZZP performance helping me too and 5 other companys lol

first off i would build a sheet metal mainfoild to get rid of that POS plastic one just saying,and you should see more power because your taking the veins on the inside out

Hahah, and one of those extendable magnet arms so you don't have to bend over...... Jut kidding guys. Start off with low psi and like you said, work your way up. I'm excited to see how this works and how it's compatible with our stock cruze engines. Chef master, what Intercooler are you looking at ?
