Got the poor quality warning this morning going to work.

Going to try filling DEF tank with new stuff (Used car dunno how long it sat) and driving it at 70mph to work tmmr. Other than that, anything else I can do?

Nope that's all. Make sure it's fresh DEF. Unfortunately the issue probably isn't the DEF, it's probably the NOx sensor.
