delayed shift

5 months ago my tcm board went bad & i had to change it but i kept the valve body and solenoids as well and i always have a delayed shifting on second and third gear until yesterday i went to the dealer and told me that i must change valve body and 3 solenoids but he didnt do anything with the car
so i picked it up and when i did i felt that all six gears have delayed shifting so...
what cause delayed shifting is it the valve body mainly or the solenoids ?

and what is the part number of the solenoids and the valve body of chevy cruze 2011 1.6 ls

Confirm that the fluid level is correct before going down this path any more.

Car needs to be level, and trans must be good and hot.
