Does anyone have the Instrument Cluster rattle fix / TSB

I am almost ready to reinstall my cluster and cannot find the instrument cluster rattle fix. Something about putting some foam in a channel.

Not related to your car. Or TSB.

Bestbuy used that spray foam on my dash. I had a rattling noise after they installed satellite radio in my 99 cavalier. This was when satellite first came out and had all those peices to install.
