I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze and recently my door locks won’t engage. The fob will alarm/dis alarm, pop the trunk and remote start the car. The button inside does nothing. When I put the car in drive or reverse nothing. Anyone have any idea what would cause this? Also all fuses are fine.

Do you hear any sounds? There should be a module or relay that controls each side of the locking action.

there is no sound. Pure silence when pushing and button. I’ve checked all fuses and they are good. Also I’ve tried to locate a relay and can’t seem too.

If her key is in the ignition then it shouldn't matter, believe the relay module may be to blame. Does it make a sound when you try to unlock.

the small door on my ignition closes so that’s not my issue either. No sound when trying to lock or unlock. Sometimes u may hear the electrical current go thru whatever but no sound of moving the locks up or down. It’s usually pure silent
