Driveside Window won't work while engine is running.

You can turn the key on, the window will roll up and down. Once you start the car, it doesn't work any longer.
The window regulator has been replaced. It was replaced because a cable snapped. The window worked fine before replacement. I have unplugged and plugged the regulator back in.
I've cleaned the connections on all of the standard fuses (None of the box fuses or relays) in the fuse box under the hood. They were all very corroded.
Do you think the fuse box needs to be disassembled and hosed down with contact cleaner?

I did perform a "reset" on the windows by holding the switch in the up\down positions after the window rolled up\down. This caused the auto up\down to function again but the window still goes dead once you start the engine.

Thanks

As someone who has broken the underpinnings for the window switch in the door handle, are you sure everything is back in place inside the door? That would be a place to check.

I'm pretty sure. I made sure everything was plugged in real well because that was a suspicion. But I suppose I'll have to double check. I bought new door trim clips that need to go in anyway.
It's just an extremely strange behavior to me. It worked fine, her father replaced the window regulator. Now it behaves like this, works until the engine is started then nothing.
