Why not? That's one of the best ways to open up your exhaust! lol

Yes please enlighten me...

I removed catalyst heating on startup (saves fuel) and also I no longer have to worry about catalyst protection dumping fuel to cool the cat when I rag on the car..

If you say emissions... I live were we don't do emissions testing.. and my 1.4T without a cat is cleaner than any pickup truck with catalyst... (looked at engine out emissions from the engine, not pulling numbers out my arse)

Well if you were to look into the ZZP parts... (as you have them listed as future mods) its protected against CATMON codes P0420 by using an O2 station to put the downstream O2 sensor about 8" out of the pipe which prevents the sensor from seeing the rapid switching like the front O2 sensor encouters or with Trifecta you simply ask for that to be disabled...

Aside from that downstream O2 monitor will still function normally....

I do diagnostic calibration for a living. Codes are not an issue. There is a way around them on all cars, normally a very simple one if you understand how the monitor actually works.
I just asked Vince to cancel mine, lol.
I just asked Vince to cancel mine, lol.

its not needed due to the design from ZZP... let me know what he says.
My car popped two codes for it, but he fixed it when he checked out my datalogs.
"...it's not NICE to mess with Mother Nature or Uncle EPA..." they always seem to find a way to 'get you' in the (don't bend over) end.
About to get my 80 series installed tomorrow morning, hopefully all goes well! It should sound pretty good with no cats or resonator and the ZZP downpipe and midpipe!
Let mre know stil debating cst removal and waiting on downpipe

When I install something, I try to do photos/video along the way, but since a shop is gonna do this for me, I might only be able to show the after effects. Hopefully they'll let me get up under the lift to take pics. I will be doing three different videos- Startup sound, fly by, and in cab. I will more than likely post it in a new thread, since this one was meant for Chef's 1.8 and I have a 1.4T. Thanks for the kind words, by the way!
What would be the better choice sound & performance wise?

The Flowmaster, or Magnaflow?
I went cheap imco sounds just as good a flowmaster and straight threw design makes it good for flow pm for more info I can probebly get one shiped to you for a **** good price I paid 20 bucks my cost your cost would be 35 plus shipping
