Does anybody know if these are plug an play? If you look at the third picture it looks like a pretty standard pigtail. Secondly, I have a 2LT without fogs, so would the plug be pre-wired behind my foglight "blanks"?

There is no fog light wiring behind the blanks. You're gonna need a separate switch with wiring to hook these up properly. A relay with a switch will work fine. Something along the lines of this:

Essentially you're going to be doing this. Post any questions that you may have. I just did this about 2 weeks ago.

You can buy a OEM switch and plug the wire in at the fuse box. It's what I did to maintain OEM look and function.
