Hey thanks "silvercruze"

Did the install of my fog lights, your pics were worth a thousand words.
Also did my install without removing the bumper assy. The only tight spot was installing the outer lamp mounting screw on each side. That's were a flat ratchet type screwdriver bit holder came in handy. only had to remove the body splash cover to access everything. Oh and I had the "little grey mouse" up on ramps.

Thanks again silvercruze! I did my fog light install yesterday and this post was a much better help than the kit's instructions. My only real snag was getting the fuse panel to come apart, i was scared to have any pins pull out but after lots of wiggling it came apart.

Thanks Dave for bring up the gray fuse pin locks!

I now have 6000K HID's in my headlights and fog lights, wow what a difference from stock!

So did you get the programming done for the Dash Cluster? My kits instructions say it needs programming, but i would like to just do the install myself, and program it later.
I think folks here said they didn't need programming after all.

It won't fit the RS model bumpers.. but why would you want to put this on an RS anyway, they get those fancy chrome accented Fog Lamp Bezels.

ordered my light set, got it in two days, found the pics to be a big help for the relay/fuse box, when reinstalling the bottom part of the bumper i noticed the rubber air dam had been installed wrong from the factory there are tangs that fit into the bottom of bumper and between the inner fender, mine was intalled so the head of the screw was in contact with the rubber air dam. and as a result it was smashed out of shape but with a little bit of effort it went together the way it should, really makes a differance in appearance and a big difference in seeing the road at night, now too program it or not?

Thanks for this info. I'm completing the purchase of a new eco at this time and going to have them do the install. Great job BTW.

I just got finished with mine. I have to say it is a lot easier with actual pictures, the instructions weren't as bad as some people were leading, but they were still pretty bad.

I also took the liberty of taking pictures of the wiring as it leaves the engine bay (from under the headlights) to the fog lights. If anyone needs them I will be happy to post.

Edit: Also the GM instructions called for removal of the headlights, and drilling. Neither of these two steps were required in my car.
