What is the deal with this second one? Looks like they started to drill a 2nd set of lug holes in the back of the wheel (or am I just seeing things?)

those eco wheels are legit great customer service i paid 110 a piece for mine shipped to my door was 540 so a great price indeed for losing 5lbs off each rim
