Appearently, GM has a website where service folks can view seminars on problems that are just begining to show up. You have to have a GM Id to sign on to it, but it strikes me that at least a service manager would be looking at these and prepping his/her service team on them. Again, I really don't understand what is going on in the dealer service departments across the US and why so many customers are getting the "brush off" by Chevy service departments. It looks to me like the dealership service departments have a multitude of assistance sources to help with Cruze issues. Why are so many people posting here with service problems? Again, this is the main reason why we haven't ordered a new Cruze.
