Clippling along at 75 MPH last night for an hour and all of a sudden my 2012 Cruze ECO almost died. The dashboard read "Engine has reduced Power" and then this "Stability Trac" warning came on. Pulled over, restarted my car and problem went away but check engine light stayed on.
This morning, I started my car, everything fine, check engine light gone. But this is not the first time this has happened.
I'm just thinking of taking it to the dealership. I can't have this kind of stuff happening.
Any ideas here??

Sounds like your Battery cables, especially the Negative one need to be looked at and might be replaced by G.M. under special coverage for free!

Agreed.

Also, check for potential air leaks/cracked pipe from turbo to engine. Loose hose clamps and/or disconnected charge pipe are very common.
