Check your oil level. Sounds like valve train noise. A little noise on a cold start isn’t uncommon at all. Takes a second for the oil to get to the rockers.

The fuel injectors are noisy when the engine is cold. Takes a few minutes for them to quiet down. Normal. The tinging/dinging is not normal, not sure what that is. Could be a heat shield or exhaust part?
