For all four plugs to be at 0.020" someone most likely went in and regapped them. While we saw factory gaps all over the place for the 2011s and 2012s we never saw a car with all four plugs gapped low. Invariably it would be just one plug.

Makes it more likely the first owner adjusted the plugs.
