I think so, unless they're from the days of the copyrighted, iTunes store protected ones. I've still got a few.
Factory Radio & iTunes Songs
Does the factory radio play iTunes song files? I know it will play mp3's.

I use iTunes to rip my CDs to m4p (aac). The G1 MyLink plays them just fine.

If it is a MyLink system it will. Some of the more basic models with the 4" screen will not accept iTunes format audio files though.

Yeah, most likely won't then. That was one of the reasons I did the mylink upgrade in my 2011. (Sigs don't seem to display in enhanced mode on my iPhone so I missed that detail)
