Hello. I got 2011 Chevy Cruze. Bought that with already faded mirrors, decided to paint them. Went to paint shop, they rubbed everything down and painted them black again. After about 4-5 months that black color started to go down as you can see at photos. What can I do with that? Dont want to change whole mirrors, because can't find original ones, just cheap copies that i think is bad. So should I try to repaint them again, or maybe put the vinyl on it? Vinyl wont come down as well ?

The plastics require special adhesion promoters if you are going to paint them with any regular old enamel paint.

Otherwise you need to look for alternatives. Ie more rubbery ‘paints’ like plastidip

Does that plastidip won't come out? Looks pretty easy to paint with them myself.
