Hi
I have 2010 Chevrolet Cruze 1.8. Recently I noticed that AC is blowing hot air and taking long time to get cool and it will get cold only when the car moves. I thought its just gas issue so I took for gas checking. While doing the gas checking we noticed that engine fan is not turning on when I turn on AC, and engine fan only respond to the engine so when engine temperature rise fan turns on for a while then turn off but AC on fan doesn't turn on at all which explain why AC not getting cold when the car is static and gets cold when the car moves. AC gas pressure and compressor are fine no issues with them.
Kindly advise me where is the problem and what to look for.
Do I need to replace the fan??

The fan only works when ac pressure gets high enough. It kicks on to bring pressure down then shuts off. Till pressure gets high again.

When you're driving down the road. Fan isn't needed. You've already got airflow through the condensor which sits in front of the radiator.

Check relays in your fuse box.
Might have a bad one.
Some are identical / swappable to see which one could be bad.
