Hello guys!

Do I need to buy a new catalytic converter or an injector is not working as it supposed to?
Sometimes I feel the car like heavy or not responding quickly when I step on the gas(takes like 4-5 sec to kicks in), like if something were obstructing the exhaust pipe/muffler, the engine light is on, so I scanned the car and looks like the catalytic converter needs to be replaced (P0420 code), however, I took out the oxygen sensor and sprayed half can of seafoam directly to the cat and let it sit for 15-20 minutes, turn the car back on, ran it at high RPM's and smoke like a chimney. I drove it in the freeway and felt how it stared to run smoothly. After a week, car stared to felt like before and now I believe that an injector could be failing, spark plugs look fine (NGK iridium), so I don't think that could be the problem. Sometimes when I stop at a red light, car moves like if someone were pushing it or kicking from the back, transmission oil level looks good as well. Could the turbo be failing?. Please help me guys, I don't want to spend money guessing.
I own a 1.4 Turbo 2011 Cruze Eco.

A code P0420 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Leaded fuel was used where unleaded was called for (unlikely)
A damaged or failed oxygen / O2 sensor
Downstream oxygen sensor (HO2S) wiring damaged or connected improperly
The engine coolant temperature sensor is not working properly
Damaged or leaking exhaust manifold / catalytic converter / muffler / exhaust pipe
Failed or underperforming catalytic converter (likely)
Retarded spark timing
The oxygen sensors in front and behind the converter are reporting too similar of readings
Leaking fuel injector or high fuel pressure
Cylinder misfire
Oil contamination
