Wow! Looks very professional! I'm from Napa and am not a wine guy. I have been brewing beer for about 18 months and have several medals (12) and 2 Pro-Ams on my resume. Getting ready to brew the second Pro-Am with Poteros Creek in the next month or so...glad to see someone else on the Cruze forum into the fermentation scene! Hope it turns out awesome!

I brew beer as well. Got a Silver this past spring from entering a local contest from Mother Earth Brewery. I need to move to whole grain. I'm still extract brew. Here is one from last year. Turned out well, labels not a professional looking. :)

My mom used to make wine all the time (typically blueberry) She would take a big gallon size bottle and put a big balloon over the lid and wait until it was done. This makes me want to try and make it sometime these look very professional!
