I have a 2017 Cruze 1.4L Manual Sedan
Was thinking about finally modding it and the first thing that came to mind was a new exhaust. The only exhaust that I've seen (besides just deleting the muffler and resonator for straight pipe) has been the Magnaflow Single Exit Exhaust(https://www.carid.com/magnaflow/street-series-stainless-steel-cat-back-exhaust-system-mpn-19269.html). From the sample videos that Magnaflow themselves posted it sounds pretty decent.

Some other parts I was thinking about getting installed over time after the exhaust:
CAI -> https://www.carid.com/2017-chevy-cruze-air-intakes/aem-cold-air-intake-system-503807299.html
Catless Downpipe -> http://store.badnewsracing.net/BNR-Catless-Downpipe-2016-Chevrolet-Cruze-14T-LE2_p_611.html
Front and Rear lowering springs -> https://www.carid.com/eibach/1-x-1-3-pro-kit-front-and-rear-lowering-coil-springs-mpn-e10-23-028-01-22.html

The only thing that I've added to this car as of today are some 18' Rims with Low profile tires. Wondering if anyone has installed any of the parts that I've listed and if so how has it treated you? Has your MPG gone up? How dramatic of a change did the sound go up/down? If you've added any parts to your own 2nd Gen Sedan Manual Cruze that I haven't listed that have made a difference positively when driving, please feel free to post them and let me know how they did affect you.

All input would be greatly appreciated! Just trying to make this car as fun and as easy to drive as possible for the rest of it's time with me. Thanks! (y)

I'm on the fence with getting the springs or going with coilovers. Springs are cheaper but with coilovers you can adjust the height. Drop it for the summer then crank it back to stock for the winter.

I thought about coils but went with springs personally because I don't like to slam my cars and with the eibach spring its not a drastic drop anyway. To me seems what the cruzes ride height should have been from factory.

That's what I was thinking as well. The coils I'm looking at can go from stock height to like -3" or something. I'd never go that low, I do like the height of the Eibach springs which is like 1/5" or so. But having the ability to put it back up for winter would be nice.
