Besides price, is there a viable difference between the two actuators that would make one more desirable than the other?

They’re the same part.

Same part only difference is they have gone up about 30 bucks in the last few months. I would put money on it that they are made at the exact same factory and the only difference is the name milled into the part.

They are made by Forge for us. The BNR brand ones come with the cap clocked correctly to just drop in and go, if you buy it directly from Forge you will have to adjust the cap or run a longer hose to the solenoid.
