Can anything be done to tighten up the hinges on my front doors? Sitting on level ground, when I exit the vehicle, the door swings back on me constantly, unless I very slowly find that spot where it stays put. I remember someone else on the forum commenting on that problem. It's not a big deal, but it is an irritation.

Yeh very common problem. I'm sure there must be a way to fix it. Was it always like that for you?

Well, it's not a deal breaker. It's only a small irritation. I thought someone might have a trick up his sleeve to tighten the door up somwhat.

If it feels any differently than the passenger door, replacing the door check would be worth a shot. But the door check straps are weak on these things.

Always liked the easy way the door closed. Just make sure your ankle is in.
