This is an official GM Accessory, it includes the programming code that the dealer will need to put into the Tech2Programmer to activate the cruise control option on your BCM. I’m assuming the wheels you see on eBay are OEM wheels for cars that are already programmed. The dealer cannot activate the cruise control option if you don’t have it without the code.
