Funny looking emblem

Someone on this forum found an Icon or emblem on a Chinese website it looked like a little machine with a couple of boxing gloves punching and some Chinese character. I have a Chinese co worker and asked her to translate. I cannot find it to show her. Can anyone help?

I asked my co worker and she said the Chinese character just means support and the pic looks like you are hitting the top of it.

I'm wondering if it's a way to show that you're bumping the thread to the top of the list. Like what many have done in the MOTM/COTM threads. Since the little punchy thingy is basically punching the post above it.
